Have tried many gels and chews. The best by far has been HomeyStinger. The chews all taste great and are easy to swallow. The chews can be easily carried and taken during a run. The gels and waffles are also great. Honeystinger is my go to for energy
The chews give me an immediate store of energy, and they’re very palatable during a run. I struggle with eating while on the move, and these are the easiest thing I’ve found. Good flavor and the chews don’t stick in your teeth.
These are my favorite energy chews. They have a simular texture to a fruit snack. They are relatively easy to chew and they are a good source of energy. I always make sure to bring one with me on a 11 mile plus run. This is the pink lemonade flavor.

These chews are the best! I always buy what’s left in stock when I see them in stores so I don’t run out cause when I need them I can’t find them or no one has any in stock 10/10
The Honey Stinger chews are my go-to long run fuel. I find them to be more palatable than any gu I’ve tried, and I appreciate that I don’t have to chew forever like I do with granola type bars. I suggest getting a variety pack to avoid burnout.
Before going sugar free, this was my go-to running fuel. One chew per mile. Easy to eat, easily Digestible. Negatives they take up a lot of space in this package.
New packaging makes it easier to carry, however, stingerrita lime flavor... Is interesting. Go with the other flavors, this one is just weird but the product is good.
Honey Stinger chews are perfect for the longer runs. They are not very sweet and easily digested. No stomach issues either.The only issue I had was the bag is to big especially if I didn't have a jacket with pockets I suggest putting them in a belt
