These are my favorite energy chews. They have a simular texture to a fruit snack. They are relatively easy to chew and they are a good source of energy. I always make sure to bring one with me on a 11 mile plus run. This is the pink lemonade flavor and they aren't super sweet. I look forward to trying other flavors. I'd highly recommend this product to others.
