I use these on my long runs and for longer races and they’re wonderful! They’re only 1.1 oz and their flavors are great! Definitely worth trying! Birthday cake was my fav!

Great flavor! Reminded me of chocolate cake frosting. The caffeine hit wasn’t too crazy.

I started using these for my training runs. Try to do one every 3 miles but tend to use as needed. I like the easy admin pouches and how well they carry and keep while I’m running. Flavors are fairly decent as well. Give it a try!

Good tasting gel but did not seem to agree with my stomach. Got the one with caffeine and gave me the energy I needed. Not sure what in it made my stomach get upset...
