What’s better than a weekend trail race - a race w/ pups! Choose your distance 1 loop or 2 on a (mostly) runable grass / trail / gravel course. This race supports the humane society who were on site w/ feline friends! Nice swag & medals (pups too)!

Cons

Limited parking

Good communication, easy directions, and free parking near the start/ finish.
Parking was limited d/t the earlier 5K race so get there early.
Organized packet pick up
Indoor restrooms and porta johns kept the lines short
This race supports the local humane society who were on site with adoptable kittens and tons of puppers running the race!
Well marked single track / grass / gravel course with minimal technical areas / elevation makes it very runable
2 full aid stations per loop
Choose your distance- one 5 mile loop or two
Choice of swag and finisher’s medal for all - including snacks and a medal for the puppers!
Snow cones at the finish were a welcome bonus!
OA and AG awards 3 deep in 5 year increments
