St. Louis Track Club Frostbite Series

Popular race series to support the local MS/HS track kids through St. Louis’s sprawling Forest Park!
Good communication and easy directions with organized indoor packet pick up/ staging area.
Affordable $20 registration for any distance with add on options for a soft cotton LS tee or hoodie.
Starting line was a short walk from packet pick up - no clear instructions just follow the crowd.
Chip start / finish timing 
Well marked course on paved roads with some slight elevation 
Roads were open to traffic with volunteers spaced out to help with directions/ safety but there were a couple areas where runners had to stay alert to yield to cars.
Ample hydration stations on course and a full aid station with snacks at the end.
Awards for overall and 5 year age group winners 3 deep.
