Purchased these socks to get a feel for other brands of running socks. After putting them on for the first time I noticed how light and comfortable they were in comparison to my other socks. They are made with a mix or mohair fibers and Drynamix. These are meant to keep your feet dry. I found myself very sweating feet and smelly. Which I have not noticed with the other brand(s).
After the first wash I also noticed the elastic poking out of my socks.....the first wash. You are able to see these in the picture.
Overall is a very comfortable sock, but the quality was a little less than expected.
