Laces out Review

This is the Brewery run club that helped get me started in running.  The team that runs the club for the brewery is great, the staff at the brewery is great and of course the runners are great as well.  The have food trucks regularly for substance, great beer, fun environment and great support for the running community.

Additional events

Bingo starts at 7 every Thursday and it makes a great post run, active beer recovery activity.  They brewery even does Drag Bingo the last Thursday of each month and that is a hoot (do people still say that?)

They have a top notch selection of pinball machines if Bingo isn't your thing.

There is also been toss available, along with 2 outside patio areas if you just want to chill after your run

competitions

At the start of 2024 they started doing periodic competitions.  Most Miles, the splits, relay competitions and give out prizes to the top 3 runners in the different classes.  I won the splits and got a free entry into a local 5K run they co-sponsored, which was a really nice prize.

Support for local runs

The Eureka team sets up to hand out beers at the Houston Marathon, around mile 24.   That is not me in the first picture, but I was happy to get some beer carbs in when I got there.  They also celebrate the runners at the brewery post marathon as seen in the second picture.

Special shout out

Special shout out to the bartenders at the Brewery.  They do a great job serving all customers and making everyone feel welcome.

Special shout out to the team running the club, they are a great team of human beings who bring some fun to Thursday nights.
