Summary

Favourite flavour of GU gel! Refreshing and zesty. Not overly sweet or sour! No caffeine. Easy to carry, easily tears open for quick access and the residual gel doesn’t leak in my pocket when I roll it back up. I take 1 every 7-8k on long runs.
