Summary

Really fast course with fast competition! There are rolling hills the first 10 miles. So I’d be prepared and incorporate some hill training. But overall I loved the course, it was beautiful.

Hilly the first part of the race

Fun and beautiful fast course! Loved my experience running it. Well organized with lots of porta potties at the start and good swag at the end. They give out good snacks at the end. Fast and great competition. I would recommend this race to other runners. Just make sure you do research before you book a hotel of the area you’re staying in. I didn’t research the area I was staying in and it was kind of a sketchy area in town. I only felt safe running on the treadmill or parking lot! And book everything EARLY because hotels sell out!!! Like we are talking 6 months in advance.
