Summary

I love my Ghost 14s. They have been my go to running shoes for years! I have plantar fasciitis and these don't hurt my feet when I run. They are light weight and have the perfect about of cushion. I have run multiple half marathons in these shoes.

I love these shoes! I have run multiple half marathons in these shoes and they get the job done and my feet don't hurt after. They are super comfortable. I feel this is a sturdy and balanced shoe. These have been my go to shoe for running the past few years. I'd highly recommend the ghosts for running or for those looking for a sturdy gym shoe. I also love the variety of colors that the shoes come in. Even on the last miles of these shoes, my feet don't hurt.
