KrampKrusher EXTREME TRAINING & ENDURANCE CHEWS Review

I went to the store to get the usual chews that I bring on longer runs and decided to give a few other brands a shot. These are first up, and I really dig everything about them, but there has to be a better packaging solution to make these easier to use mid-run.
The instructions said to eat 5 of the 10 chews before activity, and 5 for each hour of activities. I planned initially to run a 10K this evening, so I ate 2 during my warm up walk and then placed one in between my cheek and gum during my first mile. The solidity of the chews allowed for me to make each one last a mile or more, almost treating them like hard candy slowly getting smaller.
When I hit the 6 mile mark I knew I wasn’t done running yet, and ended up putting in 8 miles, at an average pace of 9:20 a mile, with an average heart rate of 144bpm.
I will absolutely use these chews again. I had several more miles in me, but it’s Monday night, and I have miles to run tomorrow!
