Therabody Theragun Mini Review

I had been playing around with the idea of buying the newest generation Theragun Mini for a while since I have started traveling more for races and wanted a more compact recovery device. I have the Theragun Elite model already and although that works perfectly fine, it is bulky and takes up a lot of valuable luggage space. The price point ($199) was the issue holding me up but I finally caved and purchased it, and I am very glad I did. This model is very quiet and has 3 speeds as opposed to the 5 speeds on the Elite model. I like that it charges using USB-C ports, as I have those chargers all over my house and can plug it into any one of them. It charges quickly and lasts for about 2 hours (I have yet to actually run out of battery power). It comes with 4 different attachments (including the dampener which is what I usually leave on) and a soft carrying case that just fits the unit (sadly not the attachments). It also connects to the Therabody app for guided recovery if you are interested in that. Overall I find myself using this one more than the Elite just because it's compact and doesn't look like it clutters my house. I will be taking this with me to all of my longer races with no regrets!

Easy to hold

Perfect size for small hands, very lightweight!

Dan Burk I have this same one but may be from a different company. I do enjoy it. Although my family takes it from my run bag too often!
