Summary

I'm really not a fan.  For $40 bucks I was hoping for a bit more.  The bottle itself is fine, but the handhold is uncomfortable, the pouch can't hold a phone, and the 18oz really isnt quite enough water for a run where you'd like/need water

Nathan SpeedDraw Plus Insulated 18 ounce

It isn't quite right for any run.  You don't really need water for a 5K, but I have always wanted more water on a 10K.  I just haven't found it to be useful in the rotation of my hydration accessories.

Experience

Personally, I retired this and just focused on hydrating before the run, or taking a camelback.  There really isn't space for this unless you have a second bottle too.
