Summary

I have the Fitbit Charge 3 and Apple Watch Series 5 (no cellular). I wore them together for a week. While I love the apple for its iPhone compatibility, Fitbit is the winner when it comes to tracking health.

(1)
Pros

  • More precise and accurate data regarding exercises
  • Battery life is beyond superior to apple
Cons
  • Need third party to connect to apple health
  • Not ideal if you’re looking to sync more than fitness with iPhone

Fitbit Charge 3

First, I love the slimness of this watch. More importantly, when it comes to tracking health, Fitbit is beyond superior to the Apple Watch I have. I especially appreciate that it tracks my sleep and breaks down my runs and workouts without having to install any additional apps. I love my Apple Watch for all things not health related; but I imagine the different or newer models might have similar features while still focusing on tracking health.

Experience

I have been an Apple Watch user for years, and there are features I absolutely love about it, but as I have altered my habits/lifestyle and my focus has changed, I prefer Fitbit. I am eager to try newer versions and the premium feature as well.
