Clif shot energy gels are the perfect on the go gel pack for when you need that shot of energy. They fit perfect in your pocket or on a belt. They are not to sweet & digest well without any gut issues. I have a sensitive stomach and they are fine

Took 50 minutes into a 90 minute run and perked right up! Ended up running the last two miles stronger than the first without planning to. Weary of gels but feel good about training with clif 🍓 flavor. Couldn't stomach more than 2 or 3 for a 26.2k.

Gel shots for long-run fueling. These have been critical to my prep for my first half-marathon. Given I'm a fairly slow runner, I take one about every 3 miles (about 30-40 minutes). This seems to do the trick to power me along. I LOVE them!

Very first gel I purchased. After trying others, there are better tasting ones that aren't too thick. Overall good but taste can improve and thickness
