I've been running in a different brand of shoes for the past 3 years, and decided to go back to asics for my longer runs. Found this to be light and cushioning. great for everyday runs, and tempo runs

These do take some time to break in, but are phenomenal for almost all my marathon training this spring. Long runs, tempo, etc., they’re the perfect workhorse. One thing I keep finding is I forget the extended back part is and clip things when I walk
