A solid daily trainer or tempo shoe with lots of cushion and energy return. I've enjoyed this shoe in my rotation for when I plan on threshold or tempo runs and the occasional long run. Only dislike is the laces knot up a lot and a thin tongue. Continue Reading...

I've always been a fan of Asics and the Novablast 4 didn't disappoint. Super comfy and after my first run, my feet didn't hurt and had great support. I still have not had a bad pair of Asics
