New twist on an old race, the Down & Dirty 5 miler added a 10 mile option this year! Choose 1 loop or 2 through scenic CVNP. The trail offers some moderately technical areas & one long hill but overall very runable. Nice swag options, medals, & award Continue Reading...

1st time running this race and loved it! Technical start with lots of roots and switchbacks f/b a long hill climb and settling into a level finish. Beautiful pines and picturesque pond made for a lovely evening run. Will definitely be back!
