Come fool around on the trails with us! The Fools 50K & 25K Trail Run is a favorite among the locals. The 15-mile loop* through Camp Mantoc and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 100% trails (with a road crossing or two) and is very runnable. It has some highly technical single-track trails and some challenging hills. There is a portion that twists and turns until you can’t see another runner, and another portion that is wide-open trail. Any fool can see that this race has got it all — a heated shelter, shower houses, abundant parking, beer, easy spectating, hot food, post-race social, and private trails. 25k trail run on the private trails of Camp Manatoc! Trails were in good shape. Organization by WRR was great as always. Thankfully the rain has been light lately and not too much mud. I will be back again.
