One of my favorite Ohio trails - Salt Fork offers all of the elevation, water crossings, & obstacles w/ scenic lake views. Late spring rains brought some fun mud this year! Run Sat or Sun (both?) 10,20, or 30 miles. Nice swag and OA / AG awards Continue Reading...

Summer sasquatch is a 2 day event. You can run sat for a 50k, 20 miler or 10 miler or sunday just 10 miles. Due to a lit of rain this spring made things a little more tricky. Lots of mud puddles and mud. Excellent scenery around Salt Fork lake.

A new summer twist to one of my favorite winter races! This is a well marked technical course with over 1600’ elevation per 10 mile loop at beautiful Salt Fork State Park. I will definitely do this one again!

This race was great! Aid stations were equipped in the loops made planning easy. The mud made for an extreme challenge. Staying at the lodge made start and finish so easy!
