I ran Down and Dirty 10 miler with Team ER and my new pupper Otis! The day was super humid, hot and fun! Western Reserve does a wonderful job organizing wonderful races.

This course consists of single track, lots of roots, and rolling hills. This course is run through the beautiful woods of Oakhill Trailhead in Peninsula Oh. They had 1 aide station at the 1/2 way point that consists of water and hydration.

Will run for Snow Cones! Choose your distance 5 or 10 miles thru mostly single track, rolling hills and some fairly technical roots. Super humid August in Ohio makes you happy for shade and wish for rain. Nice swag options and OA / AG awards 3 deep Continue Reading...

1st time running this race and loved it! Technical start with lots of roots and switchbacks f/b a long hill climb and settling into a level finish. Beautiful pines and picturesque pond made for a lovely evening run. Will definitely be back!
