Vidrate Hydration Pouches Review

Really enjoying ViDrate as a daily hydration boost - flavours are spot on, it mixes easily, and it’s light enough to drink regularly without any stomach upset. It’s a super palatable option that makes drinking more water effortless.

That said, if it wants to compete with the bigger names in performance hydration, I think it needs a bit more in terms of electrolytes. As it stands, it's a great low-calorie hydration support – just not quite a full electrolyte solution yet.

Still, I’ve been using it consistently and will keep it in the rotation. Great flavour, smooth on the gut, and easy to sip anytime.
