Hoka One One Speedgoat 5 Review

While the Speedgoat is best known for long trail runs, I used them for shorter runs, five to seven milers, at first, because my toes would get tingly on longer runs. Eventually that went away, and now I do long runs in them. My typical size of 7.5 worked well.

They fit my narrow heel and midfoot well. I had zero slippage when running tempos or fast finishes or the like.

The traction always did its job - I never slipped or felt insecure in wet terrain.

The cushion is superb.

I recommend these!
