This is a great product, I just wish it was a little less expensive. I ordered a small for my wife and a medium for myself, our normal glove sizes. Luckily they did not shrink in the wash, but they do run small. She will likely inherit my mediums. We wore them on 35° day in February, And found them to be about perfect. If it were colder, we would have depended on the mitten more. The ability to tuck my fingers into the mitten while I waited for the race start was great! Definitely a nice little accessory for those cold weather days.
In the fingerless glove mode, mediums fit me perfect.
There isn't enough fabric in the mitten mode for me to wear a medium, highly recommend go up a size.
A little bulky as a sweatband, but it worked very well.
