I’ve tested these shoes out on several runs now, hitting just under 100 miles in them. I’ve ran a 16 miler (with a 12 mile tempo thrown in), several 8-10 mile runs, strides, & hill sprints in them. Overall, I like this shoe. The sole feels more firm compared to other running shoes I’ve ran in, but that didn’t seem to bother me. I also like that this shoe is a neutral running shoe but still seems to have sufficient arch support (I have really high arches).
The Blissfeels were designed specifically for a woman’s foot, after its design team used new data from over a million foot scans and several specialists in biomechanics and morphology to support a woman’s gait. The drop on this shoe is 9.5 mm and a size 8 in women’s weighs 9.7 oz or 276 grams. They don’t feel like too heavy of a shoe, I would say they sit somewhere in the middle regarding weight. I would like the flap under the shoe laces to be thicker.
The thing I like about this shoe is it seems versatile so you can do speed or slower training runs in them. I personally like them more for easy recovery runs though where I’m just trying to get miles in! Hope this helps if you’ve been wanting to try these shoes out!
