I love spring awesome sauce! It tastes just like applesauce and is made with real food, no fake crap. I used this during my last marathon training block during a lot of long runs and even during my marathon at CIM. These worked great! I also love that they have 45 g carbs per gel. I don’t like how big the package is for carrying around but if that’s the only thing that’s bad about it I’m not bothered by that. Overall I think this is a really great product!
