Umm..yum! I think the fact that this is hard to find in almost EVERY running store is a sign to how great it is. I love the flavor! The consistency is obviously more chunky because it’s made with rice but I can get past that. I eat this before I run

This energy "apple sauce" is the best! It goes down very easily, provides a great boost of energy, and is palatable even during the hot summer runs. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it is way too expensive, in my view.
