Good battery life, can be easily seen, choice of colors

Cons

No light to help you see if your in a pitch dark area, if you don't put it on correctly you can't be seen from behind, can be difficult to put on.

While you've heard plenty of upsides so far there are also some downsides. The two main ones are that it is difficult to put on as there are many plastic wires to go through. If you don't put it on correctly then none of the lights will show on your back, therefore people will only see you from the front.

On the vest itself in addition to changing colors you can also make the lights blink.
