I wore this shirt on a 5 mile run after a rainy day, so it was obviously a bit humid outside, with a temperature of about 70 degrees. I was amazed at the softness of the shirt, and how light it felt during the entire run. I had the impression while wearing this to check and see if a similar product is available in a running tank top.
I sweat while I run, and the shirt seemed to stay dry. After the run during the cool down, is often a sweaty time as well. I was surprised at how much moisture this shirt soaked up at that point, rather then wicking it away. I usually change out of my running clothes pretty quick, so this usually isn't an issue, but I wore it for a half hour.
My conclusion is this would be great on a day that is less humid then it was today. I live in the Utah desert region, so normally, humidity is not an issue.
Overall, a good affordable running shirt, and one that I would wear again on a longer run, particularly in an environment that is not too humid.
