Terry band stretch can be limiting

I love to sleep with socks on my feet. Yet, there are times, in the middle of the night, that I am stripping socks off because it is too hot; or waking to change socks to keep me warm. The Zensah calming sleep sock has changed my sleep patterns for the better. I am noticing I fall asleep sooner and remain in deeper sleep longer than usual.

The Pros: Overall Peformance for Sleep

Totally worth the purchase! If you are looking for something physical to use to help with recovery, this is a must! The purpose and intent of this product is spot on! These socks will give your spouse a reason you will continue to sleep with socks. The feel of the merino wool and additional mix of material make it feel like you are not wearing socks. No slipping or missing socks in the morning time.

The negative: The Terry Band can be irritating

Be certain to review the sizing chart. The terry band does stretch; however, check the sizing chart to match the calf sizing to your body type. The sock can be moved to your ankle or pulled up higher for comfort.
