Summary

This shoe is advertised as the perfect combination of cushion & responsiveness. Sadly, they fall short in cushion. While wearing them in their third race, the soul became bunched so bad I had to stop and fix it. Cute shoes but fall short for the $.

On Cloudflyer 4 Review

On advertises the Cloudflyer 4 as the perfect combination of cushion & responsiveness. I have a Morton's Neuroma and needed running shoes with cushion, however, I tried to avoid the much bulkier cushion shoes.  Unfortunately, it took no time at all to feel that these shoes lack the cushion that On claims they have.
While only having worn my Cloudflyer 4's in two other races, the soul became bunched so bad I had to stop and fix it.
I have reached out to On nearly two weeks ago regarding the soul issue but to date I have not heard back.  I find this very disheartening seeing that On is a giant brand and they certainly have the resources to provide better customer service.
Overall, I like the shoes because they look cute and are comfortable but they definitely fall short in my running needs.
