Summary

Meet your newest faster daily trainer. I have loved having this shoe in my rotation. It is the pep I need for when my body starts to get tired. I like how light weight the shoes are! I can just lace up and go.

Meet Your Faster Daily Trainer!

The Hyperion Max by Brooks debuted in January. I have had my feet in a pair since December and I could not wait to start running in it! This shoe is a part of the Find Your Run campaign by Brooks Running. This campaign shows that there is a shoe for EVERY runner that will match their training goals. The Hyperion Max is made for that runner to unleash their light speed. The DNA Flash cushioning is what gives this shoe that pop. The nitrogen infused process is something runners might be familiar with in the Glycerin, Hyperion Tempo and Caldera. These shoes have that cushion feel last longer while having great energy return. The Rapid Roll technology helps propel you forward. With these two technologies you don’t need that carbon plate. The Green Rubber outsole gives you that extra durability that maximizes your use. This is what will outperform other speed shoes. While I am a bit of a pronator, I was worried that there wasn’t stability features in this shoe that I am used to in my other trainers. No worries here as the widen mid foot helps give my foot some extra guidance. The upper is quite sleek! I love the perforations. The 3D fit print collar really locks down that shoe on my foot and the woven mesh gives my foot a nice hug. I feel like I don’t have to work as hard in these shoes. Overall I am pretty impressed! This will be my 5K shoe for my upcoming race in March! First one of the year!!!

Shoe Technology

so many great design specs!

The Hyperion Max features a Green Rubber outsole, Rapid Roll Technology, DNA flash and a 3D Fit Print collar…all ingredients to help this shoe go faster, longer!

Light weight upper

Laser perforations and a woven mesh

I love that initial step into this shoe. You are looking at an engineered woven upper that features  laser perforations that adds a lot of breathability to this shoe. Light as a feather!

These colors!

Um…pink?! Yes please!

These color ways a great for both men and women! I see more of this shoe in my future….
