These Mudgear socks are my go-to socks when I am out running or in everyday living. The Trail Running version is high enough to keep rocks and sand out of your shoe. They are super comfortable that you can run on them for hours and through any type of terrain. The socks are meant for Obstacle Course Racing, but I use them for running trails and even roads.
