Nuun podium recover is one of three podium products that the company offers in the premier line up for endurance based athletes. Like the prime and endurance, the recover is a plant based product packed with electrolytes. It also has a proprietary blend of BCAAs that provides the benefit of 30g of protein.

The powder takes one scoop with 16oz of water. Simply shake and drink. Luckily it only takes 16oz water because this does not taste good! It is a difficult taste to describe but not one that I liked. I love all the other nuun products but cleave difficulty enjoying this one. However, it works. I am not as sore when using this product and feel better after using it post workout.

Experience

I have used this product extensively after long workouts training for Ironmans. I have used in all weather conditions and after all types of workouts. Bottom line is it works but drink it fast because the taste isn’t great.
