If you like a loose fitting but not too oversized t-shirt, this is perfect! I've gone for runs in it, worn it casually, and generally put it through the ringer. It's a little boxier than I'd prefer, but other than that, I love it! It's cotton, so potentially not the best for sweaty workouts, but I didn't find it too heavy on short runs.
I've lifted and run in it in addition to wearing it casually.
