Huma is a great brand! I honestly love these gels because they don’t taste fake. The only thing I don’t love about them is that they need to be taken with water. Other than that, love them! My favorite flavor is mango.

It actually tastes like strawberries. Great texture and lightweight fuel source for long runs. Easy on the stomach. It does not create a sugar spike like other gels. Good ratio of carbs and salts. I just wish I had found it earlier in my running!

I am an endurance runner with a very sensitive gut. I sometimes still have issues with these, but with that said, these are the only brand that tastes decent and go down mostly easily. And they provide lots of energy!
