My go to electrolyte drink on hot long runs or hard workouts. My performance never falters when drinking LMNT. Even sitting by the pool LMNT is great enjoyed as a frozen mocktail.

This electrolyte powdered drink mix is THE best. I’ve tried grapefruit, raspberry, orange, watermelon, and lime. I find you can double the water amount it suggests and still have great flavour! Makes a great virgin margarita too! Hangover cure!

While expensive, this stuff is worth the hype. It’s helping me hydrate through the winter (tip: mix with hot water for the world’s best salty hot chocolate). I only like the chocolate flavor enough to actually buy. Too pricy for the mediocre flavors.

Let's be honest, many electrolyte drinks taste artificial & overly sweet. LMNT throws that notion out the window! They've crafted a lineup of flavors that are not only effective at replenishing electrolytes but are also genuinely delicious!
