3 weeks in to owning them, I like the Ghosts 14, but I'm not sold on the new cushion over the cushion on the 13s. Still a great shoe for a standard training run and all purpose for amateur runners who are only buying one pair at a time.
If you have a wide foot you will definitely need the wide version for the toe box. It has a great color and flexibility when running. Soles are very comforting especially for 5-10k running. They are great for road trainings and race
Just started running again so I went to the local running store and they helped me find the Ghost 14. They are very comfortable, especially with my wide feet. I have 15 miles on them so far and liked them so much I bought another pair.
This is a great shoe for neutral pronating runners. It has enough padding for those who need it but the stack height is still minimal so these could be used for speed workouts. Overall a great shoe with great performance.
