This is my everyday shoe on top of being overall good for any type of surface. Pavement to Dirt this shoe does it. Bonus for the support for us who are bigger. Ran my best in the GTS 18 and these are helping me get back into shape.

I bought this shoes 3 weeks ago, because I wanted a lighted shoes more support and better stability when running, I run with them a half marathon and they feel great..

The GTS 22's are superb daily trainers with amazing stability, pronation control & plush cushioning. Pros: Reliable support, rugged durability, price. Cons: Slightly heavy, 12mm heel-toe drop. Ideal for over-pronators seeking dependable performance.

These are comfortable shoes to run indoor and outdoor in. I would recommend that you go up a 1/2 shoe size as they did begin to wear on the heel first.
