Men's Altra® FWD Via 2 :: Zoom out, zone in-your updated Men's Altra FWD Via 2 running shoe is built to keep your momentum rolling. This second-gen daily trainer amps up your flow with new rocker shape geometry and a softer-than-ever tongue that hugs your foot just right. The big news? Altra's EGO™ P35 foam-it's lighter, snappier, and way more efficient than before. Paired with a breathable mesh upper and a natural-feeling 4 mm drop, it's the smoothest ride in Altra's road lineup. If you've tried other max-cushion shoes and felt bogged down, your FWD Via 2 flips the script with featherweight bounce and all-day comfort.

If you loved the Experience Flow 2, this show feels very similar. Durable and rugged. A little heavy from my tastes, but can take a beating. Good for road or dirt trial.
