The System includes 3 exercise programs for activating and strengthening the muscles of the hip and core, along with 30-day rehab programs for back, knee and hip pain.
Yellow - Recommended for:
Individuals who are new to exercise or rehabbing a shoulder injury. It is also recommended for youth athletes ages 8-13.
Red - Recommended for:
Individuals with experience weightlifting, high school athletes, and active adults.
Blue - Recommended for:
Individuals with extensive experience weightlifting, move really well, and the primary goal is pushing strength and performance.
If you do not have this in your inventory, do yourself a favor, stop what you are doing and order now. I use this on a daily basis no matter if I am running, lifting, CrossFit or stretching. Order comes with a movement card until you learn it.
