I've used and loved a lot of Nathan handhelds in the past, but this one was so disappointing. It's poorly designed - the adjustable strap does not stay in place, the plastic is hard, and the mouthpiece makes it incredibly difficult to drink from.

Great product for long runs when you need to carry water and fuel. The bottle has surprisingly large capacity, and the mesh pocket to carry fuel/keys/phones is also very useful.
