As a short person, it's tough to find packs that fit. Tha Nathan Pinnacle cinches down tight (even when empty), has tons of storage, and doesn't move or flop around. I only wish it had a bigger pocket for my huge phone. Otherwise excellent!
The Pinnacle 12L is a great all purpose hydration vest. It has a ton of storage capacity with primarily velcro closures and the fabric is super soft and comfortable during all day wear. Although it lacks a cinching feature, it doesn't bounce much.
