I've been running the hills and forests of Pennsylvania since the sixth grade! After college, I tried out the mountains of Colorado for a couple years, but eventually came back to our rocky ridges. Along with trail running, which I do with a group of local women, I also love mountain biking, long distance bikepacking, paddle boarding, and doing yoga to even it all out. On my days off from training, I like to spend the day on the couch with my very fluffy cat. For my day job, I work as the communications specialist at a local environmental nonprofit, protecting the land and water that I love.
