The race is a USATF Certified nearly straight line course. There will be a SINGLE start. Your time will begin once you cross the timing mats. Please stay in the Southbound Lanes / to the Right of the cones while you are running. Markers / Signs will let you know when you reach the 1⁄4 mile mark, the 1⁄2 mile mark, and the 3⁄4 mile mark. The finish is narrower than the start. Once you have finished please move over to Centennial Plaza for announcements / post race awards.

This was a great 1 mile down hill dash along the streets of Canton! It was a low cost, low key, and well organized event. Loved the blankets at the end and even got a great hall of fame glass for getting 2nd in my age group!
