Our most challenging event and a GREAT way to prepare for those heading to BOSTON for the marathon in April. You can choose the 5K or the 15K. The race begins at Woodridge Middle School on Quick Road and has a start time of Noon.

Plenty of parking and easy packet pickup. The school gym was open before and after the race. They converted the 10K to a 5K due to weather. So they did six deep for age group winners. Everyone received a very soft hoodie (10K) or sweatshirt (5K).
Easy directions/ ample free parking. Organized indoor packet pick up / restrooms/ awards. Chip timing on a flat well marked & manned out & back road. 1 loop or 2 for 5K/10K. Nice sweatshirt/hoodies & variety of snacks for all runners. Fun awards!

Well organized race with clear instructions and mile markers, water stop. Windy/cold/snow/rain conditions. Last mile slight uphill. Routed thru neighborhoods, all on pavement. Prizes were bobbleheads! Post-race snacks were delicious.
Portland Oregon Shamrock Run. I typically do the 5k as a fun run with my family. Super fun race where everyone dresses up and is a pretty flat course except one long hill.
Beautifully organized! I felt incredibly safe during this event as it was my first in-person event since the pandemic. The course is as described and support persons were throughout the streets. I am excited to do this race again next year!
Super happy with this race! It’s a challenging course so really rewarding when you finish it. The shamrock theme was really fun! We loved the unique finisher medal, bobble head awards, and sweatshirt.
