It was difficult to run without music, but made the run interesting!

This run was a two loop course around a small lake with little elevation. You placed based on your prediction of how long you think it will take you to finish. No earbuds, watches, or phones allowed !

Participated in the Monroe Falls Frostbite Prediction 5K run. Summit Athletic Racing put on a wonderful event! Although my prediction didn’t place me in a position to receive one of their great prizes I still had a wonderful time on great course.
Great route and clearly marked run with volunteers at every turn to show you the way! Loved the energy from the music and volunteers cheering everyone on! The award ceremony was fun too, and me and my other Team-ER member love our new backpacks!!
