Dirty Dash is the newest race in the Dirty Trail Series, taking you to a brand-new venue at the Shelterhouse Picnic Area in South Chagrin Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks. Choose between a 10k (hikers welcome!) or a half marathon. The course winds through lush forests, rolling terrain, and around the Sulphur Springs Loop, where you are treated to the babbling sounds of Sulphur Springs and views of small waterfalls. Both distances feature wooded single-track, creek-side paths, and just enough elevation change to keep things interesting. The setting feels tucked away and quiet, offering a true trail-running experience.

Dirty dash 10k and 1/2 marathon is a brand new race with Western reserve racing in the South Chagrin Reservation. This course consists of single track with technical areas. Rocks, roots, mud, 3 creek crossings, waterfalls, road and grass.
I had a great time running the Dirty Dash Half Marathon. There where lots of hills and creek/river crossings with beautiful views of waterfalls and boulder ridges. The race was very well organized.
Same great trail series, brand new race! Well marked trail figure 8 thru South Chagrin Reservation - choose 1 loop or 2 for a very technical & beautiful run. Main aid station seen 3 times on course & hot lunch after. Nice swag and overall AG awards
