Lighter and snapper that the V4, and comparable to the Nike Vapor fly. (Without sounding like horses galloping). Upper is good, but does require a heal lock to keep from sliding, but more comfortable than Sacony Endorfin Pro 4 and Adidas Adios Pro 4. Overall better grip that it's peers.
Only a short test run, just a couple of miles. A solid race shoe, and is seems that the reduction in weight came from removing some cushion. Overall, a remarkable shoe with noticeable improvements, where other brands have been cutting costs.
