Taste. Not to sweet.
Easy to adjust how much you need depending on the conditions.
Easy on the GI system.

Cons

Hard to find in stores.

I find it very difficult to drink spots drinks during exercise, especially if it is a long distance event. They are to sugary and don’t sit well on my stomach. Skratch has a lighter taste and not as much sugar. You can also adjust it to the weather conditions and your own taste. It’s also made in the USA.
